I developed a passion for fitness during my enlistment in the Marine Corps. After separating from the military, I knew this was the route I wanted to take as a career. I love working with a diverse group of clients and I love how rewarding it is when they get the results they're working for.
I implement a lot of resistance training using weights (dumbells and barbells), cables and resistance bands.
